Prior to founding the company, Karl managed the video communications market segment for Equator Technologies, a leading media processor company that was funded by venture capital firms and eventually acquired by Pixelworks. At Equator, Karl was instrumental in driving a number of key OEM design wins, and he was responsible for managing many customer programs for companies like Polycom and Motorola all the way from the early design stage through volume production. Karl holds a PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from NorthEastern University.
Stephan Reckie joined the company in 2008. He has more than two decades of experience in OEM strategic sales/support, international sales channel management, and selling engineering services. Prior to joining the company, he was a Senior Sales Representative at Texas Instruments, where he was awarded the High 5 Achievers Club Award for being among the top 5% of TI’s sales organization. Stephan maintains his strategic relationships with tier one technology companies and leverages his strong interpersonal skills to grow his network. Stephan holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
Holly Kaaret is a Principal in the company, where she is currently leading the company’s new business development efforts. She is the Founder of Data Excel Corporation, a very successful computer-consulting firm. She has led teams in designing and implementing complicated financial systems for clients in the reinsurance industry, and she has developed sophisticated database systems for a number of clients. She is a recognized expert in the field of database management, client/server systems, designing and developing content management systems, and product management. Holly has an MS degree in Computer Science.
